Family and Community Place

The Family and Community Place, located at 3 Darnell Street Yarrabilba, is a purpose built community hub focussed on supporting the growth and development of the thriving Yarrabilba and Logan Rivers community. The hub provides:
A welcoming place where children and families feel comfortable, accepted and appreciated
A community space, where cohesive relationships and togetherness will be nurtured and strong community relationships developed
Fun and flexible health, educational and social programs and services that support the growth and development of children and families
The Family and Community Place is a cross-agency initiative involving government, non-government and private stakeholders. Children’s Health Queensland, in partnership with the Department of Education, provides coordination and delivery of programs and services designed to meet the health, education and social support needs of the emerging community.
